This website is a service for academic resources and network that is available for you to help you with the college learning experience and to take you successfully to your life after college. This website is not for your commercial use unless sharing academic material with users that is approved by eAcademic and for which you hold the copyright or have the rights and permissions for publication of this propriety material.
Your behavior and conduct is strictly your responsibility and you are expected to respect laws, privacies, and ethics that are documented in these terms and conditions and privacy policies. You also agree not to use any automatic scripts to collect any information on users or the material on eAcademic for any purpose.
We retain the right to edit or delete any part of the content that is published, displayed, or distributed on the site.

The content on eAcademic.com is provided by professor and students and by becoming a member, you agree that eAcademic.com and its partners that help create, maintain and deliver the content are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including for example, lost profits and damages from loss of use), unless the law requires us to be liable for such damages.
You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from the use of this online service, including the risk of breach in the security of our system. If your information is stolen as the result of a breach in our system, or items meant to be private, such as private messages somehow become public, this is part of the inherent risk you take in using our services. Students formally allowed to access these supplementary lecture audios and lecture notes are allowed to use it in unaltered form for exclusive personal use only. "Personal Use", however, does not extend to additional reproduction, alteration, distribution, or resale of these notes in any form to anybody. Your use of these web pages implies that you agree with and will respect these conditions of use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any of the materials on this website. In particular, you are specifically prohibited from providing copies of lecture recordings, in whole or in part, to other students or note-taking services.

Public Content Policy
Except for messages that are private communication with another user, anytime you send us anything (audio files, lecture notes, pictures, graphics, information, articles, postings, or data, all of which we will generally refer to as "content") you are giving us the right to edit, copy, and publish the content in any way or manner.
