I hereby grant eAcademic LLC the right and permission to have my lectures recorded and transcribed for use on the website:www. eAcademic.com and made available to the students enrolled in my class.

In addition to the streaming audio and transcription word files being available on the website, the files will also be available to download to a user’s personal computer. I may also request to review and edit notes of my lectures that eAcademic transcribes from my lecture recordings.

I also grant permission for my lecture recordings to be used in promotion of the website.

I have read the release, understand it, and intend it to be a binding instrument.
