I hereby grant eAcademic LLC the right and permission to publish on the website; www.eacademic.com lectures recordings of my class, which I will provide.
I may also review and edit notes of my lectures that eAcademic transcribes from my lecture recordings. I approve these notes to be made available on the website and labeled ass official lecture notes for the lectures of my class.
In addition to publishing the streaming audio and transcription word files on the website, the files will also be available to download to a user’s personal computer.
I also grant permission for my lecture recordings to be used in promotion of the website.
I have read the release, understand it, and intend it to be a binding instrument.
