Selling your book:
As soon as you put your course book up for sale, the system will tag it with the course it’s needed for. When new students register for the course, the system will notify them of your book’s availability. The newly registered students will look at your book, read about its condition, and then consider the price. They either can then send you a message to buy your book or can send you a counter offer to purchase the book. Once the sale is final, you can contact the buyer to meet you on campus and make the exchange. You can also work with the buyer to have the book mailed and the money exchanged via a web based money exchange system (i.e. Paypal).

Buying your book:
As soon as you register for a course, the system will notify you of the course books needed that are available through eBookSwap. After examining the condition and pictures of the book, you may contact the seller regarding the possible sale. Once both parties agree and the sale is finalized, you can meet the seller on campus to pick up the book or can work with the seller to have the book mailed to you.
